I am a proud mama to three beautiful kids.  I have a NT daughter that is currently 12, my autistic son that is 11, and a NT daughter that is 8.  To say the least…….. I stay busy all of the time.  My husband and I have been married for 13 years and a  great father.

Before being married with kids, I went to college and received my B.A. in English and a M.Ed. in Elementary Education.   My goals were to obtain a post graduate certificate in Instructional Technology,  but God had different plans for me.  I intended to stay home with my kids the first couple of years and then return to work.  Once Autism entered my life, I wound up staying home for 9 years and working part time.  I have yet to return to work full time and have no intentions to at the moment.  Keeping up with 3 kids is enough work for me.  😉

I am using this blog to share my experiences with Autism and hopefully hear stories from my readers.
